I LOVE horror movies. I used to write dark and vaguely scarey short-stories in high school. I mean, I still have my copy of a story I wrote in fifth grade that features werewolves and vampires. I started reading Poe in grade school. I have gargoyles in my living room. I got most of the jokes in Sean of the Dead...
